Who handles your enquiry

ARGO CONSULT INVEST EOOD, 47 Opalchenska St., 7700 Targovishte, Bulgaria, is not VAT registered. Company registration number: 206950698. Enquiries are handled by the ARGO CONSULT INVEST team. Internal access to the information you provide is restricted to authorised team members responsible for handling enquiries.

Names, personal contact details and identifying enquiry content are not forwarded to traders or other trading partners. When website submission is enabled, Cloudflare provides hosting and database processing and Resend processes transactional email delivery. Netlify handles the redirect from the bare domain to www and receives the requested URL and technical connection data. Infomaniak processes business correspondence sent to office@argoconsultinvest.com. Google processes technical correspondence sent to the owner mailbox. Authorised service providers process data to perform these services; confidentiality commitments do not exclude their involvement. Provider processing may involve locations outside the European Economic Area under applicable transfer safeguards.

These preferences use browser storage, not cookies. “Remember my language” saves your choice for future visits. “Only this visit” removes any saved language and keeps your choice only in the current browser tab, including page reloads. The page address also keeps your chosen language as you browse. Change your choice through Privacy settings in the footer, or clear it in your browser’s site-data settings.

No analytics or advertising trackers are active. Fonts, scripts and images are served by this website.

Your enquiry details

Your draft stays in this page’s memory while you browse or switch language. It is not saved in browser storage or navigation history and is cleared on reload or closing the page. “Copy enquiry” copies text to your clipboard. “Open email draft” passes it to your email application; you review and send it yourself. Website submission, when available, happens only after you review the details and choose the send action. Nothing is sent automatically.

The form shows whether website submission is available. A receipt confirms that your enquiry has been saved securely. Email notifications are processed separately; a delivery problem does not undo the recorded enquiry. Local test mode is clearly labelled and sends no real email.

Enquiry records are kept in a protected register and business mailbox. We record references, handling status, correspondence dates and email delivery outcomes. Temporary identifiers derived from requests, network addresses and recipients help prevent duplicates and abuse. Routine logs contain references, times and statuses, not enquiry text or contact details. Your enquiry cannot be viewed publicly using its reference.

How long we keep enquiry records

For enquiries explicitly closed without a deal, we delete the operational record three calendar months after the last substantive correspondence. Active negotiations and ongoing deliveries remain available; six months without substantive activity prompts an internal review, not automatic closure. For completed deals, the website operational record is kept for 24 calendar months after recorded completion of performance. Automatic acknowledgements, email delivery and administrative reviews do not restart these periods. These are ARGO policy periods, not universal statutory deadlines.

A justified preservation hold may suspend deletion for a specific contractual or legal claim and is reviewed separately. Contracts, invoices, accounting records and delivery evidence are separate from the website operational copy; the company and its accountant determine their applicable retention requirements. Application deletion removes the relevant enquiry and related message content, while minimal duplicate-prevention records remain for up to 30 days. Mailbox copies and downloaded documents require separate cleanup. Protected backups are for recovery only: deleted information may remain until those copies expire. The backup policy provides short-term D1 recovery and encrypted copies in private EU-jurisdiction R2 storage for 30 days, plus owner-held weekly copies (latest four, no older than 30 days). Daily database export, archive encryption and private backup storage run inside Cloudflare for the separate staging and production databases. GitHub receives code and strictly limited technical status, not customer SQL, enquiry content, archives or recovery keys. Freshness checks detect missing backups; scheduled execution may be delayed. Provider deletion can take additional processing time.

Existing marketing consent records

New newsletter signup is currently unavailable. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing. Existing consent records are preserved, and valid unsubscribe links continue to work.

Earlier unconfirmed requests expire after 48 hours and are then removed, apart from temporary abuse-prevention identifiers. Confirmed eligibility ends on withdrawal or 24 calendar months after the latest genuine explicit confirmation, whichever comes first. An enquiry, purchase, email open or repeat click does not renew it; renewal requires a fresh explicit confirmation. We keep limited evidence of the purpose and wording version, language, confirmation and ending dates, linked by a protected identifier, for three calendar years after that consent episode ends, to demonstrate and address questions about consent. This is ARGO policy, not a statutory three-year requirement. Evidence does not confer marketing eligibility or retain your full enquiry.

You may also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection. We handle enquiries for pre-contractual steps and business correspondence; optional marketing requires consent.
